Show secrets of current project by default

At this moment, secrets tab lists all aws account secrets.

Maybe it can filter by default using project name => /tools-rewards-prod/

This can be applied also to secret creation, project name may be prefilled (to be able to rename it if user wants)

• Current project
• All secrets

Another suggestion for this would be if we could favourite (similar to how you can favourite projects) specific secrets.
