Different lines at station returning the same data

I am trying to show the trains leaving Newport station for the city. Both the Williamstown and Werribee lines pass through Newport. I am able to create entities for these... werribee_line_to_city_from_newport_station_x and williamston_line_to_city_from_newport_station_x

However both of these seem to return the same times, which appears to be only correct for the Williamstown line.
