4.0.0 Released!

This is a major rewrite of much of the library.

Some new features:

• New Command API allows for the batching of image creating, loading, processing, and saving commands. Commands can be executed on the current thread or a separate Isolate thread.
• New extensible Image architecture allows for images with palettes, various bit-depths (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 bit images), and various number of channels (1, 2, 3, 4). Formats will decode to the closest available format, so a GIF image will remain a 8-bit image with a palette, significantly reducing memory.
• Merged Animation and HDR classes into Image, so an Image can support multiple frames, and floating-point HDR formats.
• Easily convert images between formats and number of channels.
• Added a number of new processing filters and drawing functions.
• Filters and transform functions apply to all frames of an an animated image, making doing things like resizing an animated GIF the same process as resizing a JPG.
• Pixel iterators allow for simple iterating over pixels of an image.
• Cleaned up much of the API with more modern Dart syntax.
• Improved EXIF image data decoding and encoding. EXIF data is now modifiable and can be re-encoded to formats such as JPG.

4.0.1 has now been released, fixing the issues I didn't see until after I pushed 4.0.0.
