Handle 403 errors for fonts #4
Description
Sometimes tests fail with a 403 error for font files loaded when rendering labels (e.g., example-style-geojson-labels.json), which looks like it might fail badly within c++. So long as these don't cause aborts but rather exceptions that we can capture, this is probably OK.
