reader is not working

I tried your trapeze-reader on my localhost server. but it is not working.

Nothing displayed when i input pdf file and.
and also test pdf list is not displayed.

error: Script not found : ../../../../src/StreamBuffer.js

here I'm attaching screen shot when I tried to view pdf
