Rewrite to use `annotate_rendered_view_with_filenames`

Seems like this library should be rewritten to use the annotations created by config-action-view-annotate-rendered-view-with-filenames instead of creating its own annotations.

fwiw, I created a very crude implementation using rails annotations based on the JS from this gem but without jquery dependency. It only handles the red-boxes around views and makes them clickable (no bar at the bottom or other features) and it's just a gist. Throw that together because xray-rails is sometimes a bit much if all I want is easily jump into views.
