Create logo and corresponding assets

**Issue**
The site is in need of a logo, icon, or font treatment, and the accompanying assets to be created - favicon, open graph icons, etc.

**Fix**
Create an icon to represent the site - as a graphic or font treatment. Once the design has been finalized create the accompanying assets like favicon and open graph icon.
