support for multiprocessing

Is it possible to use jurigged together with multiprocessing? What would the multiprocessing context look like? I believe this should be a small change, if a little heavy from multiple watches.

this works - i'm not exactly sure how to get the default context on every platform gracefully without poking around too many multiprocessing internals
