add exclude pattern for hot reloading

I have a project which had a `.venv` folder in it. The `.venv` folder is the  virtual environment folder of my project. Right now, when I load the
entrypoint of my project with `jurigged -w *.* --poll 1 app.py`, the `.venv` folder is also loaded. I want to exclude it since it's really time consuming
