Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, there is no option to specify the address the server binds to; it defaults to binding only to localhost (127.0.0.1).

Describe the solution you'd like

Please add an option, such as a bind configuration, that allows the server to bind to 0.0.0.0 (all interfaces) or any other specified address.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Add bind config.
