What was the problem you were having before Smart Connections?

Had a highly organized file system but would always stare at the screen wondering which of the handfuls of categories were best to write in. Hours of organization causes writer's block.

What did the frustration feel like when you decided to solve that problem?

Unexpectedly good. Wasn't necessarily looking for a solution, I was actually looking for a RAG-type of aggregator or chunking system to talk with my notes. But this was really great addition to my workflow, happy accident.

What was different about Smart Connections?

It just works. Gives me visuals of other notes that are similar

What did it look like when you realised Smart Connections solved the problem?
