Update datasources.tsv

There are quite some outdated/deprecated example mappings in the datasources.txt file.
Several issues have been filled on that matter:

• Incorrect linkout patterns for Gramene Rice and Rice Ensembl Gene #3
• Miriam identifiers for Gramene sources in datasources.txt #4
• Incorrect linkout patterns or example identifiers #8
• hgnc identifiers - support with and without HGNC: BridgeDb#15
• Which system codes for ChEMBL? #7
• compare metadata given for Derby files against FAIR expectations BridgeDb#33
• Webservice: filtering xrefsBatch by dataSource BridgeDbWebservice#29
• Unrecognised HGNC URI pattern #6

So, time to clean up that mess (perhaps make a "deprecateddatasources.txt file, to keep track?).
@egonw suggested to test the linkouts automatically to see if they resolve.
