How to call enableLowInitialPlaylist in Brightcove player loader

Hi,

We are using BrightCove player loader and we want to decrease the player start time.

We want to know how to set the following:

1. enableLowInitialPlaylist to ensure player starts with a lower bitrate
2. set the minimum buffer duration
