Updated ssGSEA documentation to account for workflow compilation / panoply_preprocess_gct
Added _check_parameters.sh script, to ensure that WDL and .md files contain the same Input and Output parameters. Corrected parameters for various documentation files. Also, added a (partially complete) panoply_ssgsea_workflow and panoply_preprocess_gct documentation file.
