Consider building a long run container?

I'd like to use this container in a Kubernetes Job, sending command `terraform init && terraform apply -auto-approve` to complete a task. So I hope the container to be long running. I don't have a chance to run twice as the pod(container) might drift to another node and the mapping directory won't work.
