The gnomad v4 bed file has a name column with values the have the format gnomAD-SV_v3_BND_chr1_1a45f73a for example. This seems to be used in the INFO field when running the AnnotateVCF workflow. The resulting VCF file's INFO field looks like: gnomad_v4.1_sv_SVID=gnomAD-SV_v3_BND_chr1_1a45f73a.

Can someone explain the significance here for the gnomAD-SV_v3 prefix? Is this intended? I found it confusing as this is for gnomadv4 annotations. Please let me know if I'm missing something. Thanks!
