several jobs and several output paths?

Hello,
I have been using broccoli as an alternative to gulp for some time. But now my project has some new requirements and I need to build and output different parts to different folders. Ideally, I want to decide which build pipelines to run ala gulp tasks. Is this possible with broccoli? If so, how? I don't see any reference on the documentation.
