Describe the bug
a footer nav are not inline, and the left < has an incorrect orientation
(I cannot find ,rotate-180 in style.css )

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a fresh repo
2. create a few new pages
3. observe footer nav

Expected behavior
Footer nav items should be inline
