Copy current page's URL not working correctly (Safari)

Copying the tab url doesn't work correctly, i press the shortcut but the url doesn't get copied, i've noticed it sometimes copies the url but most of the time it doesn't

Here's a video of me showing the command being ran, it shows as if it worked however my clipboard doesn't show said copied url and pasting pastes a previosly copied value

Copying URL to clipboard with yy has not been working in Safari for a while. This does not work either, but it does in Chrome and Firefox:
