Error loading module

Hi there,

as the tile says, when I launch the .dll in the command prompt, there is a pop-up that read as follow (free translation from my french windows version):

Error loading module "HEICThumbnailHandler.dll"

Verify that the binary file is located at the designated path or debug it to find eventual .DLL file problems or dependants.

The module can't be found.

You may also need to install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable first.
