Allow user to pick decks for CaH Game #2
Description
We pull CaH card content from: https://crhallberg.com/cah/
and store that content in src/contants/cards.js
Currently we play with the base deck. We can statically set the cards used in ALL the games that users will play, but it would be better if we had checkboxes with the different decks during the game's creation. This allows users to pick the decks for their game specifically.
The data from crhallberg has the "ids" of the cards at the bottom so we could probably use this to slice out the cards that a user wants to play with.
