error message "shadows" could instead be "would shadow" ? #1846
Description
In the interactions window, trying to re-bind an identifier prompts the error "The declaration of x shadows a previous declaration of x", which could lead the reader to believe that the shadowing has occurred. I would instead prefer "The declaration of x would shadow a previous declaration of x", to make it clear that no changes occurred.
