ipv6 uri is readdressed to search

i've tried running `browsh http://[::1]:8080`, `browsh --startup-url http://[::1]:8080` and manually entering that address in location bar, but it always readdresses to google search instead. firefox (as well as other browsers) work as expected. using browsh 1.8.2 from nixos packages (but i didn't find any ip6 related changes since then)
