Browsh without Internet does not load

"Waiting for Firefox to connect" if there is no active Internet connection.

Debug log shows Firefox is loading in the background but browsh never connects.

This also breaks when you have a connection but there is a captive portal (which has honestly been my main use case for browsh but it has never worked)
