cannot open file:///foo/bar.html

I tried to test this **offline** with a file link but it fails.

tried

```
browsh /usr/share/doc/fish/index.html
```

Had to kill it from another shell :)

tried 

```
browsh file:///usr/share/doc/fish/index.html
```

It replaces the `:` and resorts to `file////usr/share/doc/fish/index.html`...That i discovered when i ran the non headless firefox with browsh.
