Support for SQLAlchemy 2.x

Hi Burak,

it looks like ingestr is currently using SQLAlchemy==1.4.52, while many other libraries and frameworks already use SQLAlchemy 2.x. We know from previous experiences it can be a hassle, because some older libraries don't support that yet.

In this spirit, we wanted to ask about any problems that prevent ingestr upgrading to SQLAlchemy 2.x, and to have a ticket about it for visibility purposes.

Hi again. We discovered an actual installation conflict now, and can share it per CI workflow run.

Because only ingestr==0.0.0.dev0 is available and ingestr==0.0.0.dev0
depends on sqlalchemy==1.4.52, we can conclude that all versions of
ingestr depend on sqlalchemy==1.4.52.

And because cratedb-toolkit[influxdb]==0.0.0 depends on ingestr and
sqlalchemy>=2, we can conclude that cratedb-toolkit[influxdb]==0.0.0
cannot be used.
