Bypass switch for all plugins

Hi,

Firstly, thanks for your great work on all the plugins.

I noticed that while there are bypass switches for many plugins, quite a few do not. Unfortunately, ardour does not provide an automatable bypass (by design apparently). Would it be possible to have bypass switches for all plugins?

I'm happy to sift through and produce a list of plugins that lack bypass switches if that helps.
