Create documentation and improve codebase for better dev UX #542
Description
Users and developers have requested that we improve the developer UX of the indexer repo to make it easier to add support for new message types in both the indexer and CSV API. This could come in the form of:
- Documentation around development of new message type support
- Documentation around development of debugging and local app development
- Step-by-step guides
