btcd v0.25.0 release is missing assets

The GitHub release page is still missing the compiled tarballs for the different platforms:

btcd v0.24.2 lists 38 assets:
https://github.com/btcsuite/btcd/releases/tag/v0.24.2

I assume some GitHub publishing pipeline did not run. Many thanks for looking into this.
