Try Ockam Command (CLI) and give user experience feedback #3631

So first time I ran through the example I encountered an error - but after ockam restart it worked. Below are detailed steps:

1. ockam node create relay and -- APPLICATION SERVICE --
   

2. ockam node create blue

   • Same output as item 1#

3. Creating service outlet

   • Not immediately clear what this is doing, but assuming there is some convention I will learn through experience, output service/outlet meant nothing to me, and I didn't see it listed in the above services.
     

4. Forwarding service (and error)

Out of curiosity is the routing protocol between nodes, avro, or some ockam proprietary binary json?
