Commands with eBPF related arguments should include links to documentation.

These arguments are currently hidden, but they do not explain the overall goal of this functionality.

### Desired behavior

We should at least include more details in the arguments description saying that the goal is supporting an end to end TCP connection, even across several Ockam nodes.
