Build invocations to display more informations

For builds that include lots of invocations through github actions, it's hard to find which invocation is related to what part of a workflow especially if a job is made out of a matrix.

It would be useful to have in the table:

• Start date (sorted descending)
• Bazel command

In the timeline mouse over popup:

• Bazel command

I have a commit that is in testing right now which will hopefully land as a upstream PR soon. It implements proper pagination for the build invocation table, as well as sorting all invocations from old to new in both the table and the timeline.

Do you mean descending = new to old? I think it makes more sense to have the builds page with the oldest at the top, but that is nothing set in stone.

I do mean new to old. When a build fails it<s usually the last invocation you wanna investigate first which would most of the time be the most recent invocation. If it's last in the list, this is going to be a pain to get to all the time.

My reasoning behind sorting it from old->new is that the most intuitive is to have the same sorting order in the table and in the timeline, and I think it looks weird to have the timeline sorted from old->new. But I see you point, and it is a bit counter-intuitive that most tables in the application are sorted new->old but the invocations for a build is the other way around.
