Enhancement: Map Columns  Save Mappings

Map Columns is the most tedious step of the process and has the highest chance of user error.

It would be nice to be able to save and load mapping profiles. 

I realize it only works well if the input file headers match up, but we have a consistent input file in our use case.

If the mapping was saved into something like a JSON file, these files could also be shared.
