BillingProfile - deliveryMethodLookupID

When running Windows v2.12.0 DataLoader and trying to upload a new BillingProfile, a versioned table, we are unable to map the deliveryMethodLookupID field and upon updating 774 records, are now not properly sending invoices to a handful of customers due to these BillingProfiles missing these deliveryMethodLookupID values.

I have also emailed Andrew Brown, solutions architect at Bullhorn, to see if he can assist in getting this data resolved ASAP!
