Using CData API - Issue with 'inactive users' 

Hi, 
Not sure if someone can assist. We are using CData API to expose Bullhorn's data and we want to do some reporting on inactive users but they do not appear to be exposed like they are in Canvas which we also use for running Bullhorn reports. 
Is there something really obvious we are missing?
