3 Medium severity issues

I submitted 3 medium severity issues for:

• backstop::deposit
• backstop::withdrawal

The issues relate to incorrect reward emission order and their UIDs are:

• SEVh4qe9Cjq
• ZQtW7JBekDv
• WbsXhCuoRgd

Since these rules require different environment configuration as currently emissions::update_emissions are ignored by cfg macro and the issues are still pending for judgment by C4 judges, I haven’t pushed the secondary branch with violated rules to the repo yet.
