Hi, i'm newbie, and i tried install in websphere portal 7 with tiwitter bootstrap 2.3.2.... I am lost :( where can i start ? , please help!

I'm pretty sure you can't since this theme is based on WebSphere Portal 8. If you're planning on installing it on WebSphere Portal 8 you have to do the following:

Building

1. Use Maven to build the application using mvn clean install on the root folder

WAR Deployment

1. Install the EAR through the WebSphere Integrated Solutions Console as a new Enterprise application
2. Start the application

Register dynamic content spots

1. Copy the files DynamicContentSpotMappings.py and ConfigService.py to the WebSphere Portal machine
2. Go onto the WebSphere Portal machine
3. Execute <wp_profile dir>/bin/wsadmin -lang jython
4. Enter your username + password
5. Execute the commands execfile("<location to Python scripts>/ConfigService.py") and execfile("<location to Python scripts>/DynamicContentSpotMappings.py")
6. Leave the WSAdmin console

Register theme

1. Log in on WebSphere Portal as an administrator
2. Go to Administration and choose Import XML
3. Choose the file RegisterBootstrapTheme.xml

Restart WebSphere Portal

1. For the dynamc content spots to work you usually need to restart the WebSphere Portal service

After following these steps the theme should be deployed and you can use it on any page or virtual portal. If I have the time I'll see if I can contribute by editing the README.
