This Cosmos SDK module mimics DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) functionality by securely storing information found in email headers, specifically DKIM public keys and hashes associated with specific domains. This allows verification of email authenticity on the blockchain. Cherry-picked from feat/zk-shuffle branch (e04b95d). Replaces proofData and vkeyJSON test constants with zk-shuffle proof parameters (34 public inputs, new Groth16 BN128 proof).
