mouse & scroll do not work for backend

Describe the bug
mouse and scroll don't seem to work for mouse enabled TUI programs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open wetty in browser
2. open htop
3. click on PID col header to sort by pid
4. do not work

Expected behavior
should capture mouse clicks and scrolls and send to backend not frontend
