[FEATURE] A tab/screen within the app for Favorites

🌟 Feature Description

A tab/screen/menu or other easily accessible place within the app to hold Favorite Actions that can be quickly found without scrolling through the large list of apps and actions, and the ability to add actions to Favorite Actions.

🤷‍♂️ Why Is This Needed?

One reason is that some people might want to be able to access actions occasionally but not clutter up their launcher with shortcuts nor search through the list every time (especially if they've forgotten the name of the action). However, the reason I personally find this necessary is that some launchers simply don't permit shortcuts at all, so I must go through the app to launch the actions.

💡 Suggested Implementation

I think the implementation in the old QuickShortcutMaker is adequate as seen in the screenshot below. The one improvement is that the app should start on the Favorites tab either as a setting and/or by remembering the last state.

📘 Additional Context

This is a great app for making shortcuts on devices that support them. Unfortunately I have two devices running launchers that simply so not support shortcut creation at all. I currently use QSM on those and I'd love to switch to AL across all my devices.
