DOI not found but can be found manually on CrossRef

Tried to get the DOI of a conference paper named "Deep residual learning for image recognition" which is one the mostly cited papers in the world, and it failed:

But I can manually find the DOI by searching the paper title in CrossRef:

My plugin work properly as some DOI are successfully fetched. Is that because of the CrossRef API
