chore: remove maintainer docs from the public GitHub tree

Delete AGENTS/CLAUDE/DEVELOPMENT/RELEASE, OpenSpec, architecture,
roadmap, and superpowers plans from version control. Keep only
user-facing guides and examples; ignore the rest locally.
