MBS-8809: Fix onetopic onelinetabs scroll behavior on iPad Safari
Replace deprecated scrollbar-hiding height-clipping hack with modern
scrollbar-width/webkit-scrollbar approach. Remove -webkit-overflow-scrolling
which causes rendering artifacts on iPadOS 17+. Add GPU compositing hints
to prevent Safari from incorrectly clipping content below the tabs area.
Remove theme_adaptable height overrides that reintroduced the same issue.1 parent 6a61c20 commit febf920
