Make the entire Deployment card clickable to open the list of workflows

Currently the user needs to click the "Workflows" text to show the list of workflows under the specific deployment.

The requirements of this issue is to make the entire Deployment card should support a click that opens the list of workflows.

• Make sure that any other clickable elements on the Deployment card retain their original click functionality (check how clicking on the Project card works)

Basically, the same as #3209 but for Deployments.
