action parser for doubao-seed-1-8-251228

Hello,

I found that the service for the previous models, such as doubao-vision-pro-1.5 and uitars-1.5, cannot support new access.
So I switch to doubao-seed-1-8-251228. However, the original parser (parse_xml_action_v3) cannot parse the new ouput, for example:
