Keyboard shortcuts for search and new snippet

Goal:

Add quick keyboard shortcuts to speed up common actions.

User story:

As a user, I want keyboard shortcuts so that I can search or add a snippet without reaching for the mouse.

Tasks

• / focuses the search input
• n navigates to the "New Snip" page
• Shortcuts must not fire while typing in any input/textarea/select

Acceptance Criteria

• Pressing / anywhere on the home page focuses search
• Pressing n anywhere on the home page navigates to /add
• Typing / or n inside a form field types the character normally, does not trigger the shortcut
