Outdated version get checked out in Julia v1.10

I am in a fresh installation of Julia v1.10 in Windows, and when I do ] add GXBeam I see that the version that is automatically installed is [974624c9] GXBeam v0.2.7. Any idea why?

It might have potentially been an issue with compat. I just went through and did some updates. I haven't tested it on windows though.
