(Feature) Add js library to the library set

Currently, the project only contains go and python implementation of the support library. Since Bassa project mainly involves js and it is getting more popular to use js with web development, it would be potential improvement if we add js library to the library set.

Current Behavior

Current library set does not contain library with js implementation

Possible Solution

Implement the main required function in js
