I can test ARMv7 target support if needed.

I have access to a device that uses armv7l. I had a discussion in this repo about ARMv7 target support being added if someone could test it, and if that truly is the only factor then I can offer myself as a tester.

Just for the insurance, I was able to cross compile a C program and run it statically linked just fine. See below for some evidence.

Edit: to be more specific, this device is a Miyoo Mini+ with a Cortex-A7 cpu running OnionOS.
I am able to test practically any static ARMv7 Linux binary on the CLI and grab stdout, exit codes, and dmesg outputs on crashes. If this helps anything, let me know.

What we'd also need is some kind of CI to run default things. There are a lot of ARMv7 CPUs, which ones are the ones you could test?
