Correctly cache things

There was an automatic update and when I opened showcase.c4dt.org, it still showed the old page. I had to reload to see the update. I guess it's something wrong wrt the cache times set. Not sure how to test it, and not urgent.

can you add some more details? sometimes the browser caches pages as well, did you have the page already open in a tab when the update happened? or do you mean with "opened showcase.c4dt.org" that you navigated to the page?

Yes, it's probably a browser caching thingie. Unfortunately I cannot remember it anymore what I did. From what I remember, there are some options where you can add time-based hashes to the filenames: index.html gets a 'cache-time: 0` or so, and then all the references can be cached forever, as all dependant files will change their name if they are updated.

I keep this one open to see if I can reproduce it again when the showcase updates.
